From Applicants (Inmates): Full name, date of birth, inmate number, current institution, county of origin, biographical message, likes, hobbies, music preferences, video gram recordings, and any other information you voluntarily submit through the application or intake process.
From Payments: Payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain transaction records (amount, date, package purchased) for accounting and tax purposes.

- Display profiles publicly on the Service (Applicant information is intended to be public)
- Process subscriptions and one-time payments
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud
- Communicate about account status, payments, and platform updates

3. Applicant Profile Information Is Public By Design
By submitting an application, you understand and agree that your name, photograph, video gram, institution, and biographical content will be displayed publicly on Inkinthepenn.com and may be indexed by search engines. 4. Cookies & Tracking
We use standard browser cookies and analytics tools (PostHog) to understand site usage, count page views, and improve user experience. We do not sell tracking data to third-party advertisers.
