All Inkinthepenn.com purchases are generally final and non-refundable. However, we recognize a small number of fair-exception scenarios outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Items
- Core Package ($19.95 launch / $29.95 regular) — Once your video gram is uploaded and your profile published, the package is non-refundable.
- Add-On Video ($14.95) — Non-refundable once uploaded.
- Freshen Up ($7.50) — Non-refundable once the refresh is processed.
- $1.00/month subscription — Cancel anytime; the current paid month is not pro-rated.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We will process a full refund if any of the following occur within 14 days of purchase:
- Duplicate payment due to a payment processor or website error
- Charges made to your account that were not authorized by you
- The purchased service could not be delivered for reasons solely within Inkinthepenn.com's control
- The Applicant was rejected during content review (in which case a full refund is automatic)
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at Inkinthepenn@gmail.com or call (567) 997-7034 within 14 days of your purchase. Include:
- Order date and approximate time
- Email address used for the purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be terminated and the user's profile (if any) removed permanently. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with the payment processor.
5. Profile Removal
If you request your profile be removed before the 12-month listing period expires, no pro-rated refund is owed. Per the Terms of Service, the image/likeness rights granted at time of purchase remain valid.
